BUISNESS ADDRESS

DIRECTOR(S)

SHAREHOLDERS

CAPTIAL REQUIREMENT
Registered capital can be as low as 15THB (at least 5THB per share). However, for each foreigner employed by the company, the company must have 2M THB of registered capital to be eligible to apply for a work permit.
